As a Volusion merchant, you have access to a full-featured account management portal – my.volusion.com – where you can view messages from Volusion, contact Volusion support, view your monthly billing information, manage your Volusion account, and more!
One of the features of my.volusion.com is the ability to view tickets from our Technical Support and Customer Care departments.
To view your ticket correspondence from Volusion:
- Log in to my.volusion.com. Note that this login differs from your Volusion store login.
- Once logged in, you'll see the Tickets page. To reach this page from any other page within my.volusion.com, click on Tickets under My Support in the left hand navigation menu.
- On the Tickets page, the number of Open, On Hold, and Closed tickets is listed near the top. Click these links to view all tickets of a particular status.
- You can also search your tickets by Ticket Number or Subject.
- Click on a ticket number to view its contents.
Note on Viewing Tickets from Other Users
No my.volusion.com users (including the Store Owner, the original my.volusion.com user) are able to view other users' tickets.
