If you need to change the credit or debit card you use as a payment method for your monthly hosting fees, you can do so in your account here. Be sure you log in with the email address associated with the account that owns the monthly hosting plan in question, otherwise the change you make will not take effect as you intend.
If you want to confirm that you made the change correctly or have a member of our staff make it for you, you can contact our Billing team by phone (800-646-3517, option 4) during business hours, or by ticket any time here. From the Category menu, choose Billing. From the Service menu, choose Online Store.
If you merely need to confirm the correct login address for making the change yourself, you can do so with our Support team any time 24 x 7 x 365.
